Our scientific director, Mario Piattini, took part in the Data Management Summit 2026 in Rome on 1 October. In a talk entitled “The UNE Experience”, Mario analysed the work carried out by UNE in collaboration with the Spanish Directorate for Data, DQTeam and the Alarcos Research Group in drawing up the UNE 0077, 0078, 0079, 0080 and 0085 specifications. During his presentation, he explained how these guidelines bring together global best practices to provide a comprehensive framework for data governance, management and quality.
